Wonderful to work with. I bought a car in December of ‘23 and we loved the car so much I bought a 2nd in August of’24. The sales staff was great to work with. Love my 2024 RDX advance. Dealership is a pleasure to work with; honest and upfront. Best car I ever had (and I am old). Although it’s an SUV I feel like I’m driving a luxury sedan. Super quiet. The car feels heavy and solid; I like that. The steering is firm as well; little to no play in steering wheel. The true touchpad is better than touching a screen and easy to get used to. This may be my last car and I think it will be my best car. Well done Montaño Acura!

I was visiting from 500 miles away for the balloon fiesta when my Acura RDX check engine light started flashing. I panicked and called Montano Acura. It was a Saturday and Gabriel the service manager answered. He offered to have me bring it by immediately to check it out. I cannot express how appreciative I was of the service and willingness to help me out immediately. Cannot recommend them enough. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

My family has and I have bought several cars now, the service has always been nothing less than perfect, ownership is super nice and actually care about their customers, the service department is always really good and honest, I haven’t really had problems with any of my cars but the regular maintenance has always been a 5 star service!! This is undoubtedly among Albuquerque's top dealerships. Brandon was very patient, and knowledgeable on all vehicles. He clearly has the customers best interest in mind at all times. The finance manager, Kathy, is fantastic! She was extremely gregarious and outgoing. Travis, the GM, was also so friendly and welcoming. The process to purchase a vehicle is so advanced and quick. Based on my experience, I'm seriously thinking about leaving Mercedes to join Acura!

While traveling through New Mexico, we encountered a blown radiator. We tried the local mechanics and Honda dealership who declined to service our vehicle. We were forced to endure an $800 tow to Montano Acura, the closest location willing to service our vehicle on a Saturday. Gabriel, the service manager, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in every detail. Montaño Acura is such a great business. The people here are so nice. We've taken both of our cars to them for years and they always do a great job for us. Very honest. They don't price-gouge, and they will tell you if nothing is wrong with your car and they won't charge you anything, even after they've already chauffeured you to a restaurant and back and given your car a free wash. Amazing. They really go above and beyond for their customers.
We were on a road trip from Maryland to Arizona when all of the lights started flashing in our car. We got to Santa Fe and discovered that Montano Acura was the closet one in Albuquerque. Lucky for us I called and Brian Ostler took the car in immediately. Diagnosed the problem, got the part in the next morning and had us on our way within 24 hours. Bought my car a few months ago. Had some warning lights come on. Took it to the Service Department on the morning of 5/11. Only waited 20 minutes and the problem was identified. Stress free experience. Staff is very friendly and professional.
I just got my alignment done here and the guys were so great. Gabe was so kind in explaining things and Sash made sure my vehicle was well taken care of. I am so happy to find a spot of quality service as well as quality people. I highly recommend any vehicle to come here. What was a headache is now relief. Thank you all so very very much.

In general they are pretty great, but one time they sent my car keys home with another customer and caused a big debacle. Someone had to drive to that customer's house to get the key and come back, about an hour and a half later we could go home. Now I always attach something to the key to identify it. They are usually done with maintenance faster than estimated. If the car is under warranty, replacement and fixes are super easy.
I arrived a little late for my 945 appt and unexpectedly had to wait for my car. My car was ready an hour later. Great service and with a smile! Good coffee too! Thank you!
After running into issues with Acura dealers in OK, TX and MO, I turned to Montano in Albuquerque. I'm so glad I did. I've been taking my Acura to Montaño for about 15 years and am very satisfied with service. Their service department has exceptional leadership with dedicated technicians that will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. Their ability to maintain these already problem-free vehicles is excellent, but their ability to trouble-shoot as a team, advise, and take care of any issues that sometimes pop up is exceptional. At the end of the day, the peace of mind is worth it and I, like many here, can highly recommend them!

On a road trip with a friend, my battery died as we were about to leave Santa Fe and head home. Who knew that there is a battery shortage in the US at this time and AAA was able to jump start my car but not replace the battery. Montaño Acura to the rescue -- with special and huge thanks to Sash, Service Advisor, and to Gabriel Torres, Service Manager, who worked into their lunch hour to get us quickly back on the road.

On a trip from New York had battery fan failure and subsequent fuse failure which caused all warnings to flash and car to lock up (not while moving). Brian got car right in and repaired within two days. Courteous and kept me posted.

This place has the greatest service department I've ever seen. The sales staff was exceptional and I'm thrilled with my car. I'm most impressed with their service team. I've owned luxury vehicles for many Years and this is the best service I've ever received. They are always friendly and accomodating, on my last visit they stayed after hours to fix a minor repair even though I got there right before closing. I highly recommend these guys.

This review is for the service department only The service advisor Brian went above and beyond for us when a strange noise developed driving across the country on our 2016 RDX. He squeezed us in without an appointment and was very helpful explaining the issue and what his techs suggested. The part is on national backorder but he got us on our way with a good game plan. Can’t speak highly enough about the entire time there. Dealership was clean and nice as well.

As per usual, my visit to Montano Acura, everything went smoothly and great service. Matt greeted me and had nice conversation regarding what was going to be done to my vehicle. I chose to stay at facility since only an hour to have work done. Showroom spotless and very few people there so no problem with distancing. This dealership is so well run and so easy to deal with. They are friendly and always willing to help you. We certified our Acura at lease end and purchased it. This is a great deal because we got an extended warranty and a great interest rate with super terms on the loan. Travis the GM, Tony the sales person and the new Finance person were great to deal with as well as all the service professionals.
Even though we decided not to get the car, everyone at this dealership was extremely professional. There was no pressure to buy a car that wouldn't fit our family, and Brandon was very kind; only his patience can out do the kindness he showed towards us.

Just took delivery of a 2021 TLX. Acura definitely got this one right. last gen TLX was a nice sedan, but this one is introduces a whole new dimension of playfulness without sacrificing comfort or utility. Interior is a step up in materials and fit, and whoever signed off on the suspension and steering calibrations is clearly a car person at heart. The little 2.0 liter turbo motor pulls like a champ, too, even just off idle. Excellent service. Service Consultant Sash Dulkerian walked me through the repairs necessary for my MDX. Sash was even able to find ways to reduce the cost to me, which I appreciate very much. Very happy with how quickly my vehicle was repaired and cleaned post-service.

We really like Montaño Acura. The first car we bought was a 2001 Acura LX sports car ( used). We had it for 20 years. It had two problems: first it was an issue with the dash due to the sun screen and they fixed that twice at no cost. Similarly, there was a recall on the transmission at the same time it failed. They fixed it right away at no cost. When we needed a car again we went back for a used Acura RDX. They are very good people and the cars are great.
If you are looking for a car this is one of the best dealerships I have encountered in my 40 years of driving cars. Tony was fantastic and there was no pressure at all.
I've been a customer of the dealership since 1992, when I first started taking my 1992 Acura Integra GS-R there for service. After moving across town, in 1994, I started using Perfection Honda, as it was < 2 miles from home and work, saving me a trip across town. After 180K miles, I upgraded to a 2010 Acura TL SH-AWD and drove it for ~70K miles, then traded it in for a 2017 Acura TLX SH-AWD. I visited the Acura dealership today, and within 2 hours had driven the MDX, selected the options package, and placed my order for the 2016 model. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the car and the options. They gave me a fair price on my trade in, and provided me with my Costco discounted price. After having an awful experience earlier that day at the Lexus dealership, the professionalism of the salesperson at Acura was greatly appreciated. This dealership has my vote for offering a very positive and honest car buying experience.
