Montano Acura service people are outstanding. Sash and Gabe were involved in getting my 2024 ZDX a new windshield and having it installed. The car was done by afternoon, and it looks fantastic. I would like to mention that when Kathy, the finance manager, set up our sale, she said she would recommend buying the windshield insurance. During a recent visit to New Mexico, the unimaginable happened--my 2020 RDX actually had a problem! Driving up the high road to Taos, every single warning light on my dashboard exploded. I held my breath, enjoyed my day, and crept back to Santa Fe, only to discover NO ACURA dealership exists there. Thank goodness for Montano Acura of Albuquerque and Sash, their terrific Service Manager! When I called Montano the minute they opened the morning after my Taos trip, Sash assured me he would work me in that very day and talked me through various possible scenarios for my vehicle's repair. He was exceptionally kind and genuine, spending several minutes on the phone with me. Fortunately for me, when I left my hotel and started my car, the dashboard had rebooted and everything was back to normal. Again, I visited with Sash for several minutes as he reassured me that I could trust my car's warning system. We laughingly agreed that my flatlander Oklahoma RDX had just experienced a case of altitude sickness. Even though I didn't end up having my car serviced at Montano Acura, I will never forget the caring treatment I received. I encourage anyone in the area and beyond to shop and do business with Montano.

I visited the Acura dealership today, and within 2 hours had driven the MDX, selected the options package, and placed my order for the 2016 model. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the car and the options. They gave me a fair price on my trade in, and provided me with my Costco discounted price. After having an awful experience earlier that day at the Lexus dealership, the professionalism of the salesperson at Acura was greatly appreciated. This dealership has my vote for offering a very positive and honest car buying experience.

I am a long time Acura customer and very pleased with the selling price, the service after the sale and the Acura product. My current Acura TL is a fabulous car. The price and service prices have been reasonable. The follow up on everything and making a deal every time has been a great experience.
