I was visiting from 500 miles away for the balloon fiesta when my Acura RDX check engine light started flashing. I panicked and called Montano Acura. It was a Saturday and Gabriel the service manager answered. He offered to have me bring it by immediately to check it out. I cannot express how appreciative I was of the service and willingness to help me out immediately. Cannot recommend them enough. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

While traveling through New Mexico, we encountered a blown radiator. We tried the local mechanics and Honda dealership who declined to service our vehicle. Montaño Acura is such a great business. The people here are so nice. We've taken both of our cars to them for years and they always do a great job for us. Very honest. They don't price-gouge, and they will tell you if nothing is wrong with your car and they won't charge you anything, even after they've already chauffeured you to a restaurant and back and given your car a free wash. Bought my car a few months ago. Had some warning lights come on. Took it to the Service Department on the morning of 5/11. Only waited 20 minutes and the problem was identified. Stress free experience. Staff is very friendly and professional.
I just got my alignment done here and the guys were so great. Gabe was so kind in explaining things and Sash made sure my vehicle was well taken care of. In general they are pretty great, but one time they sent my car keys home with another customer and caused a big debacle. Someone had to drive to that customer's house to get the key and come back, about an hour and a half later we could go home. Now I always attach something to the key to identify it. They are usually done with maintenance faster than estimated. If the car is under warranty, replacement and fixes are super easy.
I arrived a little late for my 945 appt and unexpectedly had to wait for my car. My car was ready an hour later. Great service and with a smile! Good coffee too! Thank you!

I've been taking my Acura to Montaño for about 15 years and am very satisfied with service. Their service department has exceptional leadership with dedicated technicians that will go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. Their ability to maintain these already problem-free vehicles is excellent, but their ability to trouble-shoot as a team, advise, and take care of any issues that sometimes pop up is exceptional. At the end of the day, the peace of mind is worth it and I, like many here, can highly recommend them!

On a road trip with a friend, my battery died as we were about to leave Santa Fe and head home. Who knew that there is a battery shortage in the US at this time and AAA was able to jump start my car but not replace the battery. I've owned luxury vehicles for many Years and this is the best service I've ever received. This review is for the service department only The service advisor Brian went above and beyond for us when a strange noise developed driving across the country on our 2016 RDX. He squeezed us in without an appointment and was very helpful explaining the issue and what his techs suggested. The part is on national backorder but he got us on our way with a good game plan. Can’t speak highly enough about the entire time there. Dealership was clean and nice as well.

This dealership is so well run and so easy to deal with. They are friendly and always willing to help you. We certified our Acura at lease end and purchased it. This is a great deal because we got an extended warranty and a great interest rate with super terms on the loan. Acura definitely got this one right. last gen TLX was a nice sedan, but this one is introduces a whole new dimension of playfulness without sacrificing comfort or utility. Interior is a step up in materials and fit, and whoever signed off on the suspension and steering calibrations is clearly a car person at heart. We really like Montaño Acura. The first car we bought was a 2001 Acura LX sports car ( used). We had it for 20 years. It had two problems: first it was an issue with the dash due to the sun screen and they fixed that twice at no cost. Similarly, there was a recall on the transmission at the same time it failed. They fixed it right away at no cost. When we needed a car again we went back for a used Acura RDX. They are very good people and the cars are great.

I visited the Acura dealership today, and within 2 hours had driven the MDX, selected the options package, and placed my order for the 2016 model. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the car and the options. They gave me a fair price on my trade in, and provided me with my Costco discounted price. After having an awful experience earlier that day at the Lexus dealership, the professionalism of the salesperson at Acura was greatly appreciated. This dealership has my vote for offering a very positive and honest car buying experience.
